The Centre for Entrepreneurship of the Enterprising British University, UCLan in Larnaka , in collaboration with the Greek Orthodox Church committee in Manchester present this workshop that explores the prospects and challenges facing founders -owner-managers and advisors of family firms as they plan to transfer their enterprise to the next generation .

Dr Panikkos Poutziouris is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at UCLAN Cyprus . He has been on the  faculty of Manchester Business School-UK for almost two decades, where he has led a number of initiatives for smaller enterprises and entrepreneurial family firms.  He lectures, researches, publishes and consults internationally on entrepreneurial management and strategic financial development of family businesses and business families. Professor Poutziouris has led at a number of workshops for  ESCP Europe (Turin, London), Judge Business School -University of Cambridge, Vienna Technical University, ALBA Athens, Beijing Institute of Technology, Future Generation of Egypt etc. He has recently acted as national expert on family business entrepreneurship for European Commission and OECD.
